While you are still employed you may have one or more of the following options for withdrawal from your retirement account:
- In-Service Withdrawal
- If you are past the pre-retirement age of 59 1/2 your plan may allow you to request an in-service withdrawal
- Withdrawal from Rollover Source
- If you have money in your account that you rolled over from a previous employer sponsored retirement plan or IRA, you may be able to request an early withdrawal from those funds
- Hardship Withdrawal
- If you qualify for one of the IRS approved hardship reasons, your plan may allow to to request a hardship withdrawal
To initiate a withdrawal of funds while still employed you will need to complete an outgoing rollover & withdrawal form, which can be downloaded from the Greenleaf Trust website or requested to be received via email, mail or fax from Greenleaf Trust.
