Interested in making a change to amount of your pay being contributed to your retirement plan, you can easily process this change on our website or mobile app.
Log in to your account online at: https://www.yourbenefitaccount.com/greenleaftrust/

- Don't remember your credentials? Use the "forgot username or password" link on the login page.
- Never completed your online enrollment? Contact the Participant Services Team for assistance.
Once logged into your online account, you can select "Change Contribution Rate" directly from the Dashboard Summary page. On the contribution rate page, you'll be allowed to edit Pre-Tax Contributions and/or Roth Contributions (if applicable). You'll also be able to review the annual contribution limits, as well as a video on how to successfully complete any changes.
If you are using the mobile app, look for the $ saving icon and click change contributions.
Your employer will be automatically notified of your change to implement for payroll. We encourage you to review your next paycheck or two, to ensure your employer implemented your change correctly.
